Project Lead

• Lead the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events, including conferences, product launches, dinner, immersive projects and other special events.
• Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Manage and guide internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics.
• Identify and mitigate risks during project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide leadership in managing on-site event execution and troubleshooting.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, pitching ideas, and creating reports for senior management.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in event/project management, with a portfolio of successful projects preferrable.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must for professional client communication, reporting, and presentations. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
