Overview of the Position

As an administrative assistant, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. From managing schedules to handling correspondence, you'll play a key role in keeping things ticking along seamlessly.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  • Maintain and organize office files and documents
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Required Qualifications and Skills

Education Requirements

- OND

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Additional Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
