Visa and Application Compliance Officer (intern)

Ensure all student visa applications are in full compliance with immigration laws and regulations (e.g., U.S. F-1 visa, UK Student, Australia Subclass 500, etc.). Advise students and staff on the legal requirements and processes for obtaining and maintaining valid student visas. Ensure timely and accurate submission of visa applications and documentation on behalf of students. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student visa applications, related correspondence, and supporting documentation. Provide regular training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters, including changes in visa regulations, student documentation, and immigration laws. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance compliance in the consultancy’s operations. Assist in advising students on visa issues, maintaining status, extensions, and resolving any visa-related challenges. Identify compliance risks associated with visa applications and international student management, and work to mitigate those risks. Investigate any non-compliance incidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities, audit findings, and ongoing regulatory changes to senior management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
