Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities include: Monitoring of all applications and network infrastructure events using the monitoring tools. Analysis of incidents based on event management matrix. Perform daily activities as documented in the daily checklist. Monitor, track, and update change management activities and routine activities. Ensure that all outstanding activities/tasks are documented and handed over to the incoming shift. Activate and facilitate the Technical/Management Bridge when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
