Product Manager
Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience is crucial for this role. Product managers must identify and fill product gaps, generating new ideas that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:
- Create buy-in for the product vision among internal stakeholders and key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market share.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, ensuring timely delivery with optimal resources.
- Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results, driving product launches and promotions.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on products and services.
- Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
- Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs, and anticipated demand.
Key Skills:
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies, communicating recommendations effectively to executive management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to think outside the box and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding project and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
