Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble completion and liner systems under close supervision, adhering to Weatherford's Operational Excellence and Performance Standards (OEPS)
- Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of completion equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools
- Implement mandatory modifications to mitigate non-productive time and enhance field service delivery performance
- Attend client locations when necessary to carry out repair and maintenance tasks
- Comply with all safety rules, company policies, and quality system requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills
- Assist in inventory management and equipment tracking
Requirements
- Possess a college degree in Engineering or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in completion Subassembly
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures meticulously
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive learning plan, including computer-based modules and classroom training
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
