Finance Manager

Location: Bahrain & Saudi Reports to: CFO Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with a strong background in financial management, consolidation, and reporting. The ideal candidate must hold a CPA or ACCA certification and have prior experience in financial consolidation. Preference will be given to candidates with Big 4 experience who bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to the role. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in consolidated accounts.
• Streamline consolidation processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Lead the preparation of audit-ready financial reports and liaise with external auditors.
• Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate laws, and financial controls.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Support professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

• CPA or ACCA certification is mandatory .
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including hands-on experience in financial consolidation .
• Big 4 experience is strongly preferred , especially in audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and drive efficiency in financial processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
