Customer Services Specialist

Basic Function To be the face of JADEER in front of clients in handling enquiries, provide client solutions across our product portfolio. Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle all queries related to clients such as Pricing, Order management.
- Liaison with internal stakeholders such as operations team, invoicing team, commercial.
- Generate MIS (Reports) for taking appropriate commercial decisions.
- Be part of the Internal Sales team to generate and convert incoming enquiries.
- Assist Commercial head with client meetings/set up/client visits.
- College degree is essential or certification in logistics or shipping is highly desirable.
- Experience of 2 – 3 years with a logistics company is desirable.
- Client relation experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office products and ERP system is desirable.
