Basic Function To be the face of JADEER in front of clients in handling enquiries, provide client solutions across our product portfolio. Duties And Responsibilities

Handle all queries related to clients such as Pricing, Order management.
Liaison with internal stakeholders such as operations team, invoicing team, commercial.
Generate MIS (Reports) for taking appropriate commercial decisions.
Be part of the Internal Sales team to generate and convert incoming enquiries.
Assist Commercial head with client meetings/set up/client visits.

Education And Qualification

College degree is essential or certification in logistics or shipping is highly desirable.

Professional Experience

Experience of 2 – 3 years with a logistics company is desirable.
Client relation experience is a must.

Skills And Attributes

Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office products and ERP system is desirable.

Hours/Shift Work As per contract and as per company operation requirement. Conditions This Job description is subject to periodic review and may be changed at any time by the authorized personnel.
