F&B Cashier

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella: SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, and Public. Responsibilities We are looking for experienced and highly-skilled F&B Cashier to join our amazing restaurant teams and showcase their talents. Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing the cashier's house fund, including safekeeping.
• Ensure all food and beverage sales in the outlet are recorded in the POS system (MICROS), including complimentary services or employee meals.
• Maintain the sequential use of guest checks, open checks in the POS system, and handle various payment methods.
• Handle guest complaints, generate POS reports, manage petty cash, and perform daily cashiering tasks, including suggestive selling, and adhere to company policies consistently.
