Responsibilities:

Spot and secure new collaborative ventures, crafting agreements that align with organizational goals.
Interface with internal factions, ensuring seamless operations across the partnership spectrum.
Regularly convene meetings, conduct presentations, and organize training sessions to fortify partner bonds and elevate brand visibility.
Remain abreast of industry shifts, market evolutions, and competitor movements to pinpoint opportunities and potential threats.
Monitor partnership metrics, generating precise reports on performance, underscoring areas ripe for enhancement and expansion.
Steer the augmentation of the organization's real estate portfolio in foreign markets.
Undertake comprehensive market studies to discern global real estate patterns, target prospective markets, and evaluate risks and rewards.
Lead financial scrutiny and due diligence to gauge the viability and yield of potential real estate investments.
Supervise real estate projects from inception to culmination, ensuring punctuality and adherence to premium standards.
Mentor and steer a team of real estate experts, imparting guidance and evaluating performance to meet institutional goals.
Engage with diverse stakeholders, including legal counselors, contractors, and financial establishments, ensuring fluid project progression.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with industry stalwarts, governmental representatives, and other pertinent entities to augment business growth avenues.

Qualifications & Competencies:

An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
A minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in real estate investment and development, with a focus on global markets.
Acute comprehension of international real estate markets, contemporary trends, and investment modalities.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing real estate ventures.
Proficient financial analytical capabilities, with a knack for assessing investment prospects and project feasibility.
Stellar leadership, communication, and negotiation prowess.
Familiarity with regional regulations and legal stipulations pertaining to real estate.
Competency in employing project management software and tools.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making faculties.
