The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
4. Train and mentor sales staff, providing ongoing support and guidance.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
5. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
