Job Opportunity: Executive Chef at Luxury Hotel - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menus.
Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensure all kitchen activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Provide training and guidance to junior chefs and kitchen assistants.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor food preparation processes to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular checks on ingredients and equipment to maintain quality and hygiene.
Address any issues related to food quality or service promptly.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Monitor food costs and minimize waste without compromising quality.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients and supplies.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Promote adherence to food safety standards among all kitchen staff.

Client Support:

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to meet specific client requirements.
Support the customization of menus for events, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in professional kitchens, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Skills:

Strong culinary skills with knowledge of diverse cuisines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
