Prepare and serve seasonal specialties in a rural-yet-elegant long-established Irish restaurant and pub setting. The new concept uses the farm's hydroponic veggies, fruits, and herbs with locally sourced proteins. Lough Inn Restaurant, Farm, and Pub, Ltd located in Partry, County Mayo is seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our production kitchen. You will collaborate with the Heads of Production who design, implement, and operate the hydroponics, raised bed, and field-grown veggies used in the restaurant.
