- Project Scope : Building and managing lifecycle management program for Client to increase card activeness spend per active card achieve lower inactivation and product attrition by leveraging advanced analytics and marketing
- Language : English
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the cards portfolio performance including pricing, promotions, and product enhancements.
- Lead and mentor the cards portfolio management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.
- 12 years of experience in cards portfolio management or a related field with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the cards market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
- Experience in developing and launching new card products including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
- Proficiency in data analysis and portfolio management tools (Excel and Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators including Net Interest Margin (NIM), Fee Income, Charge-off Rates, Delinquency Rates, Average Spend per Card, Activation Rates, and Customer Retention Rates.
- Familiarity with card management systems (CMS) and payment processing platforms.
- Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention tools as well as risk management systems.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
