QA QC Engineer - Joinery

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough inspections of joinery products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate any defects, deviations, or non-conformances, and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Perform in-depth measurements and assessments of both raw materials and finished joinery products.
- Use in-depth knowledge of joinery machinery to ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance to achieve optimal performance and product consistency.
- Perform internal quality audits to assess adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and best practices in joinery production.
- Create detailed reports documenting quality issues, audits, corrective actions taken, and progress towards continuous improvement.
- Provide training to factory staff on quality control procedures, machinery operation, and best practices in joinery production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a factory joinery environment.
- Strong understanding of joinery machinery and production processes.
- Experience with quality control inspection and auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or joinery setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations.
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions swiftly.
