Computer Vision Engineer

Computer Vision Engineer - Reports to Product Development Manager Who we are: CareGo Tek is a high tech, rapid growth company made up of a diverse group of individuals with various backgrounds in engineering, project management, architecture / layout, software, automation, vision tech, machine learning, etc. CareGo's flagship product is the TELIA optimization and automation system. TELIA uses dynamic decision-making algorithms to help manufacturers dramatically improve the way they store, handle, and ship their products. We are looking for experienced and passionate Computer Vision Engineers to join our team! What your role entails: We hire individuals with diverse technical backgrounds who are excited to tackle some of technology's greatest challenges and revolutionize industrial automation. Responsibilities:

• Architect and code computer vision software components and interfaces;
• Research, design, and implement computer vision solutions to detect/recognize objects in a production environment;
• Leverage the latest advances in machine learning and computer vision to solve real-world problems;
• Work closely with Software Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and PLC Programmers to design, implement and test sub-system interfaces;
• Coordinate cross-functionally with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure systems meet business goals;
• Travel to customer facilities to perform system integration testing and assist in system commissioning;

What you should have: We are looking for experienced, hard-working, and self-motivated Computer Vision Engineers who bring fresh ideas to our team. The successful applicants will be those that have a deep expertise in computer vision technologies, demonstrate superior problem-solving skills, and have a willingness and ability to actively collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field;
• Expertise in Computer Vision – Object Detection/Recognition;
• Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning & Deep Learning algorithms for computer vision;
• Familiarity with libraries/frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, YOLO, etc.
• Fluency in Python/C++/C#;
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices;
