Junior National Account Manager

The Role As a National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Discount and Wholesale channels, following the acquisition of an exciting new brand. This role involves managing key customer relationships, owning P&L for specific accounts, and collaborating cross-functionally to implement go-to-market strategies. • Drive revenue growth by exceeding Net Sales, Trade Spend, and Marginal Income targets.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, aligning their needs with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and invoice management processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category, and Trade Marketing teams to implement brand activations.
• Manage full P&L for accounts in the Discount and Wholesale channels.
• Take ownership of inventory management, meeting predefined targets for surplus stock.
• Deliver business updates to internal stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• 18-24 months’ experience in account management or sales within the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with Health & Beauty brands or Discount/Wholesale channels is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of account management fundamentals, including P&L, negotiation, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Intermediate Excel skills and a results-driven approach to business challenges.
