Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with proven experience in ERP implementation to lead and manage end-to-end ERP projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP implementation projects across multiple departments.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ERP systems.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT and organizational standards.

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
