Vitalograph is one of the world-leading manufacturers of medical Spirometers, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability software systems used in clinical drug trials. Based in Ennis, Co. Clare we now wish to recruit a Cough Analysis QC Supervisor to join the Cough Analysis team. Duties & Responsibilities:- Provide line management, training and mentoring to Project Co-Ordinator Associates & Co-Ordinators on the QC Team.
- Reporting of team metrics and activities.
- Perform appraisals and define personal development objectives and plans for Project Associates.
- Assist with QC & QA Audit processes when required.
- Co-ordinate with other team and company disciplines to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Active involvement in interviewing and team recruitment.
- Ensure all Cough Analysis related SOP's are adhered to.
- Co-ordinate other team disciplines to ensure team & company targets are met.
- Co-ordinate with other internal team disciplines to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Assist other team disciplines with other team activities as required: Quality Checking of Recordings, document creation, review, or approval.
- 2-3 years subject matter/related experience.
- Good leadership skills.
- Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Hard working, motivated, reliable with a good attitude towards their co-workers.
- Competent person, capable of working under their own initiative with minimal supervision and a good team player.
- 3rd level degree, or equivalent is desired.
- Experience in working within a regulated environment.
