Job Description:

Vitalograph is one of the world-leading manufacturers of medical Spirometers, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability software systems used in clinical drug trials. Based in Ennis, Co. Clare we now wish to recruit a Cough Analysis QC Supervisor to join the Cough Analysis team. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide line management, training and mentoring to Project Co-Ordinator Associates & Co-Ordinators on the QC Team.
2. Reporting of team metrics and activities.
3. Perform appraisals and define personal development objectives and plans for Project Associates.
4. Assist with QC & QA Audit processes when required.
5. Co-ordinate with other team and company disciplines to resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Active involvement in interviewing and team recruitment.
7. Ensure all Cough Analysis related SOP's are adhered to.
8. Co-ordinate other team disciplines to ensure team & company targets are met.
9. Co-ordinate with other internal team disciplines to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
10. Assist other team disciplines with other team activities as required: Quality Checking of Recordings, document creation, review, or approval.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years subject matter/related experience.
2. Good leadership skills.
3. Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel.
4. Hard working, motivated, reliable with a good attitude towards their co-workers.
5. Competent person, capable of working under their own initiative with minimal supervision and a good team player.
6. 3rd level degree, or equivalent is desired.

The following skills would be advantageous:

1. Experience in working within a regulated environment.
