Tech Lead - Dublin - Cpl Healthcare

Cpl Recruitment is partnering with a financial services client to hire a Tech Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge applications in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end components using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Build, test, and deploy server-side applications utilizing Java, Hibernate, and Spring frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data management.
• Integrate RESTful/SOAP APIs and analytics tools like PowerBI to drive business insights.
• Develop and implement unit, integration, and automation tests to guarantee application stability.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Mentor team members and drive technical solutions to enhance overall performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years as a lead.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Python, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS is a plus).
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, ES6, CSS3).
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Must hold a minimum stamp 4 Visa and reside within a commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.
