ROLE OVERVIEW Full Time In line with company growth, we are seeking a new Mould Tool Designer to join our expanding team. Role and Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-cavity injection mould tools tailored for the medical device industry.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the manufacturing team to understand specifications and project requirements.
• Oversea subcontracted work, making sure that the projects remain on track
• Select appropriate materials and components to meet performance and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges to achieve optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing injection mould tools.
• Prior experience in injection moulding and overmoulding
• Experience working in the medical device industry is desirable but not essential
• Proficiency in CAD software in specific Solidworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and deal with customers directly
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
