Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Executive with 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal downtime. Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures to protect company data. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Conduct training sessions for employees on new software and technology. Oversee IT security measures, including the deployment and upkeep of antivirus solutions across all devices. Coordinate with IT suppliers for ongoing maintenance and tracking of software license renewals. Diagnose and address issues with network connectivity, including software applications like Microsoft Office, HR, and Accounts software. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Diploma/Degree/Certificates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
