We are looking for a candidate who has legal experience with a minimum of 12 years and strong knowledge in contracts. These personnel will assist the Legal VP and senior legal counsel(s) by managing autonomously a vast array of legal subjects and will supervise the Legal Analyst(s) and interns.

Areas of Accountabilities

Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and following contracts with suppliers, service providers, and clients.
Supervising the Law Analyst(s) regarding their work and ensuring the renewal and maintenance of the company's licenses and permits.
Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and other documents.
Preparing and filing documents with courts and government authorities.
Performing and supervising the Legal Analyst(s) and intern(s) in the organization and archiving of documents related to completed and ongoing cases/projects as well as other relevant documents.
Keeping track of changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes.
Management of external lawyers/consultants.
Advising internal departments related to local regulations and compliance.
Assisting and/or performing important duties regarding the Company's corporate acts and documents and the Company's governance.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's law degree or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications

Registered lawyer with relevant membership from the governing authority (not mandatory).

Experience

At least 12+ years of experience in a related field with 5 years of working experience as a legal counsel.
