Salary: competitive Job Description: IT Banking Application Support Are you an expert in digital banking operations and IT support? Join our team as a Corporate Digital Support Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital channels and products in the Banking and Financial sector. BANKING / FINANCIAL SERVICES BACKGROUND IS MANDATORY Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital banking operations or IT application support within the banking/financial sector.
- Strong understanding of digital channels and products in the banking industry.
- Proven customer service skills with a track record of resolving issues efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and other departments.
- Experience in preparing reports and analyzing data.
- Support the operations of corporate digital channels and digital products in the digital banking department in partnership with IT application support to expedite issue investigation, analysis, and resolution.
- Provide effective customer service and assist in resolving problems within given authority.
- Set up workflow processes for banking operations and take necessary measures to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide coverage for daily issues and proactively resolve issues related to customer complaints within the digital department.
- Serve as the point of contact for operational issues for business support.
- Collaborate with the Digital Banking Services team to develop best practices for successful banking operations in terms of reporting to IT and issue investigations.
- Prepare necessary/required reports of issues and fixes with proper analysis.
