The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to customer success initiatives.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
