Commercial Account Director Location: Flexible (South East Region) Salary: Up to £80k (Depending on experience) Are you a skilled commercial insurance professional ready to take ownership of a high-value client portfolio while driving new opportunities for growth? We’re seeking ambitious, technically proficient Commercial Account Directors who excel in building client relationships and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment. • Starting Book: Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k - £150k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.
• Compensation: Base salary to £85k (depending on experience)

• At least 18 months in a similar Commercial Account Director, Account Executive or Development Executive role.
