Reliability Engineering Manager

Engineering Reliability Manager Are you an experienced Engineering Leader within a FMCG environment? Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career? Do you have proven Reliability/PM Engineering experience within FMCG? MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Reliability Engineering Manager. This is a perm role based in Livingston. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on weekly/daily meetings for workload prioritisation.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure capability optimisation.
• Implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimise equipment reliability.
• Recommend changes to PPM tasks for continuous process improvement.
• Actively participate in major repair projects
• Develop reliability techniques and processes to delivery improvements.
• Deliver 100% compliance of scheduled PPM through CMMS system.
• Propose and Implement improvements/innovations

• FMCG experience essential
• Previous experience with CMMS systems
• Educated in an engineering discipline – Level 3 or above
• Experience with Preventative Maintenance and Reliability
• Experience Leading a team
• High degree of computer literacy
