Job Title: Business Manager – Chinese Enterprise Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets. This role focuses on identifying and securing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Chinese Enterprise Sales to meet team objectives and enhance the company’s reputation through professional sales and service. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Chinese Enterprise Sales to ensure the team meets sales targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all accounts, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Anticipate client needs, offering solutions that align with their goals and drive long-term partnerships.
- Promote and enhance the company’s image through professional and reliable sales practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the enterprise or B2B sales sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
