Sales And Client Engagement Specialist

Pilates in Guelph is seeking an ambitious and innovative Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to join our team and help elevate our studio and parent organization Omeh Living Arts to the next level. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual who thrives on building connections, driving creative lead generation, and achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Lead Generation : Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new clients through partnerships, local community outreach, digital campaigns, and events.
• Client Engagement : Actively engage with prospective and current clients to understand their needs, inspire trust, and guide them to our offerings that best support their goals.
• Sales Excellence : Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals by utilizing a consultative sales approach and delivering personalized recommendations.
• KPI Management : Monitor, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators, ensuring strategies align with organizational objectives and consistently drive growth.
• Retention & Loyalty : Build and nurture lasting client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and fostering a loyal community.
• Collaboration for Growth : Partner with the marketing team and leadership to brainstorm and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that generate leads and support organizational growth.
• Operational Contribution : Assist in identifying opportunities for improving studio processes and systems to enhance the client experience and overall efficiency.
• Thought Leadership : Stay up to date on industry trends, client engagement techniques, and movement education advancements to provide valuable insights and ensure Pilates in Guelph remains a leader in the community.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client engagement roles.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in generating leads and fostering connections.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and experience managing performance metrics to achieve goals.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and movement, with a genuine interest in Pilates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives on taking initiative and contributing to organizational success.
• Fitness Studio Management experience an asset
