Position Overview The position of Senior Manager - Claims will see you responsible for: Leading a team of 6-7 Team Managers and up to 70 in the entire team. Managing the relationships between my client and their clients from a claims perspective. Engaging, developing, and coaching large scale teams. Identifying process improvements and efficiencies. Required Qualifications You will be able to demonstrate: A sound technical understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme. Experience in leading large teams and leading team managers. A supportive and engaging leadership style. Exceptional communication skills. Managing change. An understanding of both psychological and physical injuries within the workers comp framework in NSW.
