Associate Director - Real Estate Finance

Buckden Partners are working with a leading Real Estate Finance Institution who are looking to hire an Associate Director of origination as part of their continued growth plans. The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience within Real Estate finance working from an analyst to execution of transactions and now looking to further their career within origination. Our client will support you with a client network of deals to execute whilst you continue to build your own network of clients. Typically they focus on debt sizes from £5million to £40million across Investment and Development transactions, both residential and commercial asset classes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to move into origination or someone early on into their origination career that would benefit from a strong network of clients.
