We take pride in fostering a workplace where your skills, ideas, and attitude shape meaningful customer engagements About This Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hands-On ERP Technology Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our ERP consulting and implementation, with a focus on distribution/supply chain environment such as Infor M3 and Epicor Prophet 21. This is a critical, hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, a passion for leveraging ERP technology to optimize business processes, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure or AWS. You will be responsible for architecting solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the seamless operation of our distribution and supply chain customers, while also guiding our cloud strategy for these systems. You will also be expected to contribute to the development and maintenance of other internal applications as needed. In This Role, You Will: · Lead the design, development, and evolution of our ERP landscape such as Infor M3 or Epicor Prophet 21 within the distribution/supply chain environment. · Develop scalable, robust, and high-performing ERP solutions tailored to business requirements, leveraging cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure. · Play a pivotal role in the integration of the ERP with web and cloud applications, aligning them with business objectives. · Foster innovation through continuous learning and adaptation of the latest technologies and methodologies relevant to ERP and cloud. · Contribute to the development and execution of the cloud strategy for ERP and related systems, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. · Design and implement cloud-based solutions for ERP deployment, integration, and data management, utilizing GitHub Enterprise, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, and other relevant Azure services. · Mentor and guide other team members on technical best practices related to distribution ERP and Azure cloud technologies. · Proactively monitor ERP system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization. · Ensure system security and compliance, adhering to cloud security standards. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the lead technical architect for Infor M3 and/or Epicor Prophet 21, specifically within the distribution and supply chain modules (AP/AR, Financial, Sales/Order Entry, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc.). · Perform hands-on configuration, customization, and development within Infor M3 and/or Epicor Prophet 21. o Infor M3: Utilize expertise in MAK, MEC, ION, Mingle, H5 SDK, Infor OS, IDM, and API development. Knowledge of Java, XML, and SQL is required. o Epicor Prophet 21: Apply proficiency in Dynachange, Base Customizations, BPMs, and SQL Server (including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions). Knowledge of .NET framework and C# is a plus. · Develop and maintain custom integrations between the ERP system and other business applications, including cloud-based services and APIs. · Lead and participate in data migration efforts related to the ERP system. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ERP environment. · Manage and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for Infor M3 and/or Epicor Prophet 21. · Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. · Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other IT teams. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. · Work closely with vendors and consultants. · Lead cloud deployment and infrastructure strategies related to the ERP, leveraging Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (if applicable to your environment). · Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of other internal C#/.NET applications as needed. Skills & Abilities: · Expert-level development skills in Infor M3 and/or Epicor Prophet 21. · Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, particularly within an Azure environment. · Proven ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvement ideas. · Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, active listening, and presentation). · Exceptional problem-solving skills and sound judgment. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. · Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a dynamic work environment. · Strong attention to detail. · Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and practicing safe work habits. Education/Experience/Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in MIS, IT, IS, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems in a distribution/supply chain environment. · Expert-level proficiency in Infor M3 and/or Epicor Prophet 21 is required. · Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex ERP solutions. · Strong experience with cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure, including Azure services related to application deployment, data storage, and integration is required. · Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, and other relevant Azure services. · Strong experience with system integration technologies and methodologies. · Experience with data migration and reporting tools related to ERP systems. · One or more of the following competencies strongly preferred: Distribution, Direct to Consumer, Retail. · Experience with C#/.Net/.NET Core is required. · Familiarity with ASP, HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, XML, & CSS3 is a plus. · Experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST/API's, Visual Studio.Net/VSTS/Azure DevOps, MS SQL including T-SQL, DB Architecture & complex queries is beneficial.
