Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer Hybrid - (Monthly Visit to office in Bedford) Salary - £52,000 Please note, sponsorship is not available for this position. Job Purpose:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert for Dynamics 365, guiding business systems and ensuring alignment with IT strategy.
• Support enterprise-scale business projects, focusing on application lifecycle management (ALM) and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

• Implement, develop, and enhance solutions using Microsoft technologies to meet business needs.
• Engage with business stakeholders to drive solution adoption and illustrate the benefits of new systems.
• Lead the design, development, and testing of core business system improvements.
• Ensure systems are maintained with appropriate change control and minimal service disruption.
• Provide expert-level 3rd line support for complex system issues and assist with service desk queries.
• Produce documentation for development, testing, and support processes.
• Liaise with vendors for system upgrades, patches, and service packs.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing support and project work effectively.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and proactive in suggesting improvements.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, with familiarity in related technologies such as MS Graph, SharePoint, and web/mobile solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Experience with application support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PCF components, MS Graph, SharePoint, and web/mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server Integration Services (Desirable)

• Relevant degree or practical experience with MS Dynamics (Desirable)
• Power Platform certification, Agile, or Project Management certifications (Desirable)
• ITIL Foundation certification (Desirable)
