Job Description

You will in be in charge ofPlanning, budgeting and forecasting

• Complete budgeting and forecast information for relevant countries/functions in collaboration with respective
• Enhance budgeting and forecasting processes through continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate and complete Weekly sales forecast submission

Management Reporting and Analysis

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate management reporting
• Prepare standard reporting templates,slides, KPIs and adaptation for changes in Business or Corporate Controlling requirements and distribute to responsible stakeholders
• Perform variance analysis versus budgets /forecast and hihglight areas for action.
• Support with detailed information to function heads upon request, eg cost tracking
• Managing and developing KPI reports and dashboards for management and leadership teams to support decision making.

Business Partnering and Support

• Generate insights through analytics and data mining including trend analysis and benchmarking to improve decision making and commercial efficiency
• Provide sound financial input and robust challenge & insight to the business.
• Work with key stakeholders to upskill and educate, driving a culture of strong financial accountability
• Providing insight & support on projects relating to systems upgrades and process improvements.
• Work alongside the wider controlling team & management of workload.

The Successful Applicant

You will be suitable for the this role if you*Have at least a bachelor degree*Have experience in FMCG, trading or retail sector*Have experience in commercial finance*Have good business partnering experience
