We specialize in comprehensive Umrah packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and guidance for a seamless and spiritually fulfilling journey. We are currently seeking an experienced Umrah Booking Agent to join our team and serve clients in the UK, Canada, and US markets. As an Umrah Booking Agent, you will assist customers with all aspects of their Umrah journey, from initial inquiries to finalizing bookings. Your role will include ensuring that clients receive top-quality service and support throughout the booking process, making their pilgrimage hassle-free.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle Umrah package inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
2. Provide clients with detailed information on Umrah packages, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.
3. Assist clients with visa processing, documentation, and guidelines for Umrah travel.
4. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners in Saudi Arabia to ensure seamless arrangements.
5. Resolve customer queries or issues related to Umrah bookings promptly and professionally.
6. Stay updated on the latest Umrah regulations, visa requirements, and Saudi government policies.
7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as private transportation or guided tours in Saudi Arabia.
8. Ensure accuracy in all bookings, payment processing, and itinerary confirmations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience handling Umrah bookings for clients in the UK, Canada, or US markets.
2. In-depth knowledge of Umrah processes, including visa requirements, accommodations, and local transportation.
3. Familiarity with reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
4. Fluency in English.
