Join Idea Usher , a leading IT services company, as we look for a Senior HR Manager (Generalist) to lead our HR team. Location: Chandigarh Minimum Experience: 3+ years Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing employee onboarding and orientation
• Leading recruitment and selection efforts
• Managing rewards, compensation, and salary administration
• Overseeing performance management and appraisals
• Handling employee relations and grievance resolution
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the IT service industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
