Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 8-10 years of professional experience to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in leading the architectural design and management of large-scale international projects across diverse sectors, including residential, hospitality, commercial towers, and resorts. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with an accomplished team of designers and architects. Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process from concept through completion, ensuring all aspects of the project align with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects. Coordinate project management activities, including timeline, budget, and resource management, to achieve project objectives. Drive the design development phase, ensuring both creative and technical excellence in all architectural plans and documentation. Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Actively communicate design concepts and project progress to clients through both presentations and detailed reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio in managing international projects. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design ideas and project details clearly to both clients and team members. Skilled in managing project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary project teams. Demonstrates a passion for design innovation, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Why Join Us?
