Manager / Senior Creative Designer

Zeno Health is seeking an experienced Manager - Design to lead and elevate our design efforts across offline and online channels. This role offers an opportunity to shape the visual identity of one of the most trusted healthcare brands while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will be a critical contributor to Zeno Health’s mission of providing affordable healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership - Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs across various channels, including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, etc.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to drive creative excellence.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and are aligned with brand guidelines.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors when required to deliver high-impact designs.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling through visuals and text.
• Innovation and Trends

• Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to enhance consumer engagement.

1. 7–8 years of design experience, ideally in consumer brands or agencies.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across offline and online platforms.
4. Experience in video designs and motion graphics is highly desirable.
5. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
