Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space and media solutions across our platforms, including but not restricted to digital. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify their advertising needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:  Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and client meetings.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.  Present and pitch advertising solutions that align with clients’ goals and budget.  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables to close sales effectively.  Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, etc.) to deliver successful campaigns.  Stay updated on media industry trends and competitive offerings.  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements:  Proven experience of 3+ years in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.  Strong personal connections with agencies & advertisers EAST region.  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team,  Knowledge of digital advertising and emerging media trends is a plus.  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.  Excellent Knowledge of English, Hindi and working knowledge of Bengali is essential for this role.
