Electrical Systems Manager, MRT/Transit Project

Project Overview Project: Electrical Systems Engineering for Train/Metro/Transit projects Take full responsibility for the management and execution of the project, ensuring smooth operations. Lead the planning process, mobilize resources, and ensure that project schedules are met. Oversee the allocation and efficient use of resources, including manpower, tools, equipment, and transportation. Ensure that all relevant local standards and specifications are accessible and adhered to throughout the project. Inspire and motivate a team of professionals to drive project success and meet objectives. Engage in regular site meetings with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to address project matters and ensure alignment. Ensure all progress claims, including variations and additional work, are submitted on time to clients. Manage the coordination and administration of the project site, maintaining alignment with all regulatory requirements. Ensure that the project complies with quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as the company’s own specifications. Identify and resolve issues quickly, maintaining clear documentation, project quality, and safety plans, while ensuring efficient financial management and timely delivery within budget.
