As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's collection of books, magazines, and other materials. Your main duties will include cataloging and classifying materials, assisting users with research requests, and maintaining the library's online database. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the library is well-stocked and ordering new materials when needed. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of library science principles and classification systems. You should also have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service skills are essential as you will be interacting with library patrons on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position is based in Muharraq, Bahrain and offers a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
