The Recruitment Executive will handle daily responsibilities including job description development, recruitment, communication, interviewing, and overall talent acquisition processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions and manage the hiring process.
• Conduct bulk hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Administer behavioral and assessment tests.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Apply recruitment expertise to attract and hire top talent.
• Utilize knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced hiring environments.
• Proficient in English communication skills.
