Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual - French/English) Apex Systems is a global IT services provider, and our staffing practice has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative to place at our client, within Enterprise Home Services. Position: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer experience on every customer interaction and maximizing sales potential by educating customers on how products and services can make their home more comfortable. Core Responsibilities:
- Exceed customer experience and sales expectations.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with internal partners on applicable customer-related interactions.
- Communicate effectively interdepartmentally and cross-functionally.
- Handle incoming new and existing customer calls regarding Sales and Service inquiries.
- Basic troubleshooting of common service-related issues.
- Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional, courteous manner to internal and external customers.
- Maximize sales potential by educating customers on products and services that meet their needs.
- Exceed customer experience and sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Up-Sell and Cross-Sell by providing the right solution for each customer.
- Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date product information on offerings including HVAC products, Water Heaters, Purification Products, Smart Home products, Protection Plans, and more.
- Maintain industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC and service
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales Call Center experience.
- Must be able to use multiple computer screens and applications simultaneously and adept at learning new software.
- Excellent English and French Proficiency (written and verbal).
- Industry knowledge and/or experience working with HVAC and service protection plans is a strong asset.

- Ability and aptitude to recognize and positively address performance challenges.
