They are looking for an offshore business manager to join their team. about the job Summary: This role is to lead and expand the offshore business channels across China, Thailand, and the broader ASEAN region. This is a strategic role requiring a dynamic professional who excels in broker coordination, training, and market strategy. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the role will work closely with offshore brokers, empowering them with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to drive success in these key markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Broker Coordination:

• Serve as the primary liaison for offshore brokers in China, Thailand, and ASEAN, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Address broker inquiries and coordinate daily activities to maintain strong broker relations.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance brokers' understanding of our products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Equip brokers with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional advisory services.

• Provide ongoing guidance to brokers on client management, issue resolution, and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with brokers to address challenges and maintain operational excellence.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in China, Thailand, and ASEAN.
• Recommend actionable strategies to enhance business operations and adapt to regional market dynamics.

• Ensure offshore brokers comply with local and Singapore regulatory standards.
• Educate brokers on regulatory updates that may impact their operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams in Singapore, including compliance, distribution, and business development, to align offshore activities with corporate objectives.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong reading proficiency in Mandarin to support brokers in China.
• Experience: Proven experience in business management, financial advisory, or related fields, with exposure to offshore markets in China, Thailand, and ASEAN.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to foster productive partnerships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Location & Travel: Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with potential travel across the ASEAN region as needed.
