BIM MODELLER CUM COORDINATOR -

Responsibilities To lead the BIM team (project level) and offer team support for BIM software. Prepare and execute BIM Execution Plan (project specific). Set up the project BIM model with correct parameters and coordinates, ensuring high quality of the BIM model. Ensure all models are compatible using the same coordinates and that BIM data is available to all project participants. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders. Able to lead and inspire high performance, ensuring all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis. Software Skills Autodesk Revit Navisworks Lumion Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Skills in SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop are preferred.
