Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Digital Asset Products

Position Overview: The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the development, management, and optimization of digital asset products. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations, to enhance our digital product offerings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about technology, and eager to contribute to the strategic direction of the company's digital asset portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for digital asset offerings, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other digital goods. Support the product management team in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions. Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements. Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and roadmaps. Track and report on product performance metrics, providing insights for optimization and growth. Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to product development and user experience. Stay up-to-date with trends and emerging technologies in the digital asset and fintech sectors to drive innovation and product enhancement. Support customer-facing teams by providing product knowledge, training materials, and troubleshooting assistance when needed. Assist with the development of marketing collateral and communications to promote digital asset products. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in product management, digital assets, fintech, or a related industry. Willing and prepared to work outside of official hours in times of work exigencies and when business picks up Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or other digital asset products is a plus. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for technology, digital innovation, and emerging trends in the fintech space. Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry. Preferred Skills: Experience with digital product management tools (e.g., Jira) Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations related to digital assets.
