Software Testing Engineer (Quality Control)

Job Responsibilities: Draft and execute test cases to verify and validate in-house printer products not limited to firmware, printer drivers, web, desk and mobile applications. Analyze incidents and conduct investigations to troubleshoot issues surfaced. Document and file bugs into incident management system in accordance with standards established by Quality Control (QC) Manager. Prepare comprehensive test and incident reports for every testing cycle. Identify any gaps in processes and propose improvements to enhance testing and software development practices. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering/Computer Science. ISTQB Certified Tester or equivalent is preferred but not a must. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in web and mobile application testing is highly preferred. Candidates with good knowledge or with prior experience in automated testing are highly advantageous.
