Patient Service Executive

You will provide excellent frontline customer service which includes registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, as well as financial counselling to patients. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the department: Patient registration and scheduling of appointments Ensure high level of operational effectiveness while following SOPs Attend to phone and email enquiries Handle payments File and maintain proper documentation Other ad-hoc duties as assigned On-the-job training will be provided to interested applicants without relevant experience. Qualifications: High energy, dynamic, and self-motivated Passionate about customer service Interested in healthcare and wellness Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills Able to communicate with Chinese speaking patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
