Junior HR Business Partner

We are currently recruiting for the role of Junior HR Business Partner on behalf of an Entertainment Organisation. Location: Hybrid - offices based in Dublin South. Travel throughout Ireland required, with some minimal UK travel also. This is a standalone role in Ireland, with support from the UK. Opportunity for growth and development. Responsibilities:
- Manage employee life cycle of retail and corporate employees.
- Manage Employment Relations cases and act within an advisory capacity to management.
- Update policies and procedures in accordance with Irish legislation.
- Conduct on-site onboarding, training, and development.
- Manage HR administration.
- Manage payroll administration.
- Liaise with the UK team and management.
- Support on projects and initiatives.
- 2 years within a similar role, preferably in a standalone capacity while reporting into the UK.
- Valid and clean driving licence is required, as well as own mode of transportation.
- Keen understanding of Employee relations, HR administration, Irish legislation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and organisation skills needed.
