Customer Support Engineer (MNC|Engineering)

Job Descriptions: 1. Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting Responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of XRD and XRF systems in the APAC region. Diagnose and resolve customer issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

• Compliance and Preventative Maintenance Adhere to safety protocols and standards while performing preventative maintenance as per factory guidelines.
• Service Support and Training Provide post-installation support and basic customer training.
• Administration and Spare Part Management Handle service administration tasks, report submissions, and manage spare parts according to internal procedures.

Job Requirements: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Knowledge in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electronics, or Mechanics is a plus. 2-3 years of experience maintaining analytical instruments or semiconductor equipment is a plus.
